Full payment must be made by the due date specified in your invoice. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of your booking.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
Cancellation fees may apply and vary depending on the service provider (airlines, hotels, etc.).
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with supplier policies and may take up to 30 business days.

3. Changes to Bookings

Any changes to confirmed bookings (dates, names, destinations) may incur additional charges.
All changes are subject to availability and supplier terms.

4. Travel Documents and Requirements

Clients are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents, including passports, visas, and vaccinations.
We are not liable for any issues arising from incomplete or incorrect travel documentation.

5. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellations, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen events.
It is the traveler’s responsibility to understand the coverage and limitations of their policy.

6. Liability

We act as an agent between you and travel service providers and are not responsible for acts or omissions of third parties.
We are not liable for delays, cancellations, injuries, or losses incurred during travel.

7. Pricing and Availability

All prices are subject to change until full payment is received.
Services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or substituted without prior notice.

8. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or pandemics.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of The United States of America.

10. Acceptance of Terms
